EICR, remedial work and a rental-home refresh in West Belfast
At a rental home in West Belfast, we carried out an EICR followed by the remedial work and a wider electrical refresh.
The work included refreshing sockets and accessories, replacing lighting throughout the house, fitting ceiling roses and kitchen batten lighting, and installing light fittings selected by the tenant. We also replaced exterior floodlighting, using Wiska junction boxes for the connections.
The consumer unit was replaced with a metal-clad unit with RCDs and surge protection.
