Landlord EICR Pricing
Rental Compliance EICR pricing depends on the size of the property and the level of review required. All pricing is confirmed clearly before any work proceeds.
• Small flat or small 2-bedroom property: £150 + VAT
• Large flat or typical 3-bedroom property: £180+ VAT
• Large 4–5 bedroom property: £240+ VAT
If remedial work is required, this will be quoted separately before any work proceeds.

Step 4 — Remedial Quote if Required
If remedial work is needed, we provide clear guidance and a separate quote. There is no obligation to proceed with the remedial work.
