A new homebuyer in Derriaghy
After buying a house in Derriaghy, the new owner asked Carruthers Electrical to carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). He then asked us to carry out a range of electrical upgrades throughout the property.
The work included extra upstairs sockets for computers, additional kitchen sockets, and supplies for a freezer, washing machine and dryer in the garage. We also replaced the old consumer unit with a new unit equipped with arc fault detection devices (AFDDs).
