Premium Pre-Purchase EICR Review (Recommended for property buyers)
This review includes everything in the Standard Review, along with additional inspection and testing designed to identify hidden issues that may not be visible during a standard assessment. This includes selective removal of accessories 80% minimum removed, inspection of roof space areas where accessible, insulation resistance testing, and thermal imaging to identify potential overheating or concealed defects.
